Hormones are essential for feeling alive and normal, yet sadly, many men and women are deficient in their hormones and are experiencing negative side effects and accelerated aging. Younger couples are facing infertility and feel pressured into non-natural therapies.

In 2011, I was trained in Naprotechnology as a medical consultant by Dr. Thomas Hilgers and his team from the Pope Paul VI Center in Omaha, Nebraska. During this time I learned the Creighton Model of Fertility Care, which empowers couples and women to understand the female fertility cycle. The Creighton method of charting fertility provides healthcare professionals the medical information about a woman's cycle that normally would be difficult or even impossible to know through other means.
